2025 Guild Challenge

Ginger Alexander and Cindy Albright are co-chairing our Challenge for 2025.

Challenge Quilt 2025 – Favorite Childhood Book

  1. Quilts for the 2025 Challenge can be any size–wall hanging or larger.
  2. There are few rules to depict your favorite childhood book. Stretch your skills by using any technique you’d like to try–applique’, piecing, painting, using panels with embellishment. Use colors you feel brings the flavor and emotion of the book to the quilt.
  3. They must be quilted and bound before submission.  
  4. The entries will be judged by members at the September guild meeting. 
  5. All entries will be hung together as a group to show the creativity of our members in our 2025 quilt show.

The 2024 winners were chosen by members. First Place was Cindy Albright.

In 2023, our World in a Bag Challenge donated our bags to “Into The Light” organization for their work with children being trafficked.
